Still? How long has that been happening?
And do you mean at their site, or at someone else's site?

I had that five minute problem a few days ago, but for the most part things have been working quite well, for me.

And, do you mean your Favorites Lists are empty?

If that's the case, definitely time you contacted StockCharts.com directly, I'd say.

They're going to want to know how long you've been having the problem and probably when you first noticed it.
