Ted, let us weep for the former Enron execs. Those poor, misunderstood souls.

I especially liked this part:

"I did not and do not expect to be indicted. I committed no crime while I was at Enron and no one told me they were committing a crime," he wrote.

"I believe in the American criminal justice system. The only thing that undermines my belief in any of our institutions is the way that some, in this case the Houston Chronicle, are simply willing to make up or twist the facts," Skilling said.

Times Are Tough for Former Enron Bosses

Ten, I am not sure but I bet he wasn't the guy who started the games at ENE but in some ways, he's worse. I think he found out about it, got his money and split, and once he was out, stuck his head in the sand and made believe it didn't happen.

But Fastow takes the prize.......what a player? I think he's going to be spending some real jail time.
