Hi Troy, Some of Jabil's competitors travelled this same path, but were not very successful in the operation of the business once purchased. It's that part of the equation we'll have to watch. JBL appeared to be successful in the consolidation of the HP business a couple of years ago. They also have experience managing over-seas assets. Let's hope they've not forgotten what they've learned in the past. Best regards, Tom
