Your absolutely right. All mention of number the of authorized shares stated in my post should have 000 added. That is; 100,000 should read 100,000,000, etc.

I take your word for it that the high number of authorized shares is not unusual. I expect all will be well but I generally vote against massive share dilution.

I realize that INDXF has changed to INDX. I don't believe I referred to INDXF in my post.

Thanks for keeping me honest. I appreciate your response.
