Hello, Frank. Thank you for sharing that Sarbanes-Oxley update, especially regarding the immediate implementation of Form 4 info, etc. For the record, I've NEVER been pleased with the old time-line in this regard, especially flaunted by the smaller market cap equities. There was NO effective penalty teeth in the old time-line in my opinion, and I've never seen any reference to what the penalties for non-compliance this go - round is either. I notice that a small oversight, i.e., there was no source cite. I'd like to have a cite if at all possible before I start quoting a source I do not have. I saw the name of some apparent legal firm at the bottom, but that didn't help me much since I don't recognize their names either. :( Thank you, Frank. Now, back to diamonds: I notice you've been able to enjoy a well-earned vacation for the last few weeks. I hope you are just about through your recuperative period that always follows "re-entry"<grin> Would you have a few words to say regarding your opinion wrt KRT?
