Microsoft's earnings report... a no win situtation for Corel. Microsoft disappoints the market and Corel shares fall with MS. If Microsoft's sales had not been so "disappointing", then all the Corel bashers would be saying MS is dominating and there is no room for Corel and the share price would of dropped also. MS is overpriced and overhyped and everyones expectations are too high. Corel on the other hand is "reasonably valued" and off everyone's radar screen. Better still, no one has any expectations from this company so it would be hard for them to be more disappointing than they already have been. With good potential for solid growth and earnings, going forward, which stock would you like to own? NOTE: Corel on the TSE was off its low for the day and bidding higher. Usually a positive sign for the next trading day.
