| In a moral sense, no one is entitled to an evil opinion. With, at best, reckless disregard for the truth, and, at worst, a willful collusion in spreading fabrications, he is trying to inflame public opinion against Jews, both to undermine the social progress they have made in this country, and to turn public opinion against Israel in a period of mortal danger, thus inviting a new Holocaust in the Middle East. Mere conscientiousness should make him more moderate in his discourse. but he has not conscience on the matter, as is demonstrated by his bogus attack on me for "extreme hatred of Jesus and Christianity", when I have said nothing that could remotely be construed that way, and, on the contrary, I have supported, to a degree, the Christian Right. No one with a conscience, rather than a pathological hatred of Jews, could have said such things about me...... |
