It's not because the rich ones found all the money first or stole it from the poor ones or aren't sharing it out. Shut the Shariah schools and open some Freedom schools.
QUALCOMM should refuse to allow any licensee to supply ASICs to any company selling or buying from Nigeria. Brent Scowcroft should ask the USA military to stone or Tomahawk to death the Sharia judges and that guy by the name of Muhammad Radiu for crimes against humanity. The crime being to threaten with death a person who has not caused harm to anyone or their property.
<Ms. Lawal is the second Nigerian woman to be condemned to death by Islamic courts for sex out of wedlock. The first, Safiya Hussaini, had her sentence overturned in March on an appeal.
At least two other women have faced similar charges. One case was dismissed in January, and the other has been delayed until the woman is healthy enough to appear in court.
All the women are poor, uneducated, single mothers from rural villages.
Most spectators in court on Monday welcomed the ruling.
"This is a triumph of Allah's law against the enemies of Shariah," said Muhammad Radiu, 26, an Islamic studies student. "By this judgment, we are confident the government is serious about the implementation of Shariah."

PS: Women around the world could stop the stoning if they wanted to. I wonder if they will. Tell their men to behave like real men and confront the barbarians. Saddam has got them and the Europeans cowering too - worried that the "Arab Street" will go nuts if the USA retaliates for 911. There is serious comment that Arabs will get angry. Well, they might be wise to notice that a lot of people are quite angry about the destruction of the Twin Towers and thousands of people one sunny September morning. Those angry people might not care very much whether Arabs get angry when they act to protect themselves against Head-Hacking Moslem Shariah maniacs.
The local Arab rulers need to worry more about the "Arab Street" than the USA needs to. The Angry Arab Street can't swim the Atlantic and attack New York and getting through customs at LAX might not be a breeze either. They could cut off the oil - which would seriously affect their income and living standards [to explain, since they probably don't understand economics]. All that would do in the USA would be to reduce traffic congestion, pollution and costs [they need to save some money anyway, after the Y2K party]. |
