speaking of sun, their mid qtr conference is today. Get ready for the doom and gloom. Man there is a company that needs a major overhaul. I think all they can do is restructure with each division as a profit center. Tons of unix software people at sun... is there any profit in that? Java has a place in the new architectures incl wireless but does sun get anything for it... geez Sun right now reminds me of where aapl was 5 years ago before Steve Jobs came back. Its hard to imagine any kind of future for Sun that isn't as a much smaller company. But at least they are smaller now than HPQ which has the same or worse issues. L
