How is the interview process closed, and who is it closed to? It depends on the level of influence and amount of money. A burger-flipper interview is probably conducted at a table over a bag of free fries in full view of the other employees and patrons. A professional is interviewed behind closed doors of a half dozen people from the department, usually who have had an interviewer training course from HR. At the executive level it is very secret, circumventing any open meeting regulations that may apply to similar meetings about any other subject. You should apply for work and you would see what I mean. TP
