Rude - We missed you! Good to see you posting again! As for portable workstations, I don't want to give Dell all the credit, as IBM has been offering them for awhile <ggg>. I recently picked up an IBM A31p Thinkpad 'workstation' at an IBM 'friends and family of employees' price of $3500 with 512mb of ram. It has the 2GB Intel processor, 1600 x 1200 screen, 60GB drive, DVD/CDRW drive, an ATI Mobility FireGL 7800 graphics subsystem with 64mb of DDR, ethernet, WIFI, Bluetooth, and the IBM embedded security system all included. You don't even have to pay extra for the three year warranty!! Welcome back, John
