Could this be the first step to major CAPX cuts by INTC?? Yes it could be and maybe should be. Intel has spent the money to build several 300MM fabs, giving them enormous capacity. That was the whole idea in the first place and you would have known that if you were following things. This is only a surprise to those who don't know what's going on. EP
