Hey EL. just as IS-2000 (aka 1xrTT Release 0) is 2G C'mon Eirc, you are full of hype. Everybody knows that IS2000 is 1G at best. 85% of those subs are 2.5G (which is 2G) according to the carriers that commercialized the service Oh yeah just like what Sprint and Verizon did huh? THEY are the people that determine what is 2G & what is 3G. Wrong, only those who agree with your definition are the people that determine what is what. The technology that they have (open) proprietary architecture was NOT selected Say what? Oh BTW, do you still remember just not long time ago you said how TI is the gorrila of the baseband IC in the world? Now tell me 1) Who is the number one in the wireless IC market for the past year as far as sales concerned? 2) Who is the number one in the wireless IC market for the past year as far as profit concerned. 3) Who made more money than the sum total of the rest of the wireless IC industry?
