"For every one injured worker who gets something they are not entitled to, there are 10 injured workers who are deprived of their rightful benefits." Total Bullshit! I have been treating work related injuries in a very strong union town for the past 20 years and I can tell you that about 40% of the cases are real. The remaining 60% are malingerers. They have significant psychological barriers to healing because they don't like their jobs. DOC
