W.T.O. to Allow Record $4 Billion Trade Sanctions Against U.S.

The World Trade Organization is said to have ruled today that
Europe can impose a record $4 billion in trade sanctions
against the U.S. in a tax dispute. The sanctions, expected to
be officially announced at 10 a.m. ET, are 20 times the
amount levied in any previous W.T.O. ruling.
