Old news again and pretty much immaterial to the revamped company and its business plan. But while you're singing the praises of lawyers and class actions, surely with your background you realize that

Class actions are basically run as boilerplate operations, generating legal fees until the point is reached that maximizes legal fees for the least amount of work (i.e. highest effective hourly rate) with shareholders rarely getting more than a few pennies. The negative PR by spamsters essentially does cause the price per share to be reduced by more than what shareholders ever see.

Further OT, I certainly would agree that class action area needs to be revamped to really help shareholders. There is plenty of fraud and scummy promoters around. (I disagree that ASKJ is in that category.) What is needed is for statutes and regulations to encourage non-cookie cutter approach as well as prohibitions on huge fees without real meaningful results, among other things.
