But they are not responding about that. A point I would have thought rather crucial. I think if you are interested in causes you would realize that he called people fascists because he has been attacked for months by those people. I am sure to him they seem like fascists. People who continually attack you do begin to seem like that. Of course it doesn't make them fascists. But I understand his perspective as I understand yours. I just don't happen to agree with either one of you. I don't hate you, this isn't a personal attack, this is only my response to your perception. It is not meant to be personal, at all.

Weeks went by when the only thing going on here was CH bashing. It went on with obvious enthusiasm and delight. The participants were clearly enjoying themselves. I read over quite a bit of it. You might do the same. Or perhaps you remember it perfectly. If you do, I would suggest to you that CH's response has been mild considering what happened- of course he doesn't have a group to help him. He might wish to be every bit as bad as the people who tormented him, but he cannot get a group together to do it. I don't know. It is possible he would be as bad. But he has not been. The very worst behavior I think I've ever seen on SI was on this thread and directed against CH. Whatever you thought he did, I think what was done to him was far far far worse. I am not alone in thinking that.
