Actually, it is. It is just "justified" persecution. Of course sometimes it is not as justified as people would like it to be.

per·se·cu·tion Pronunciation Key (pûrs-kyshn)
n.
The act or practice of persecuting on the basis of race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or beliefs that differ from those of the persecutor.
The condition of being persecuted.

per·se·cute Pronunciation Key (pûrs-kyt)
tr.v. per·se·cut·ed, per·se·cut·ing, per·se·cutes
1.To oppress or harass with ill-treatment, especially because of race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or beliefs.
2. To annoy persistently; bother.

Please note that the REASON you persistently bother someone is NOT important in the definition- although this one certainly is over a difference in beliefs. You merely need to bother them. I think, if you reflect, you will find that you have persecuted CH. The issue is, and continues to be, that you believe Ch is different and a perfect object for persecution, and I do not. Actually no one here is a perfect object for persecution, imo, no one should be hounded personally for months. You of course must disagree- judging from the conduct here. Ideas, now there is something to challenge, possibly forever, but not people.
