I have done some research and am interested in this company. The earnings are good, it is a market leader. It is at a 12 month low. The news is that they tried to buy Kemet but Kemet wouldn't sell. Also they are having a company restructuring and they are laying off 1700 employees. They are 65% owned by institutions. Looks like Vishay is here to stay. I use American Online and Wall Street Interactive to do my research. They are both excellant sources.
