How could I have forgotten Neocon (not guilty). IMO you are quite wrong about Solon, for whom I would still count (not guilty). Yogi, (definitely guilty). Jewel, (definitely guilty). Constant Reader, (definitely guilty) c horn, (I'll take your word for it, guilty). AJ, I couldn't say for sure, but I doubt guilty. BIA is, er, a special case who would of hung (literally) the whole lot of us, so I won't count her.
I stand by my opinion of the other "Not Guilty's" that you didn't mention.
Which would bring us to roughly an even split, IMO.
