Dan, I didn't say that I like the rule or support it.

Just that it probably is a good thing over-all for the public.

I did not mean to imply that you supported the rule. But I don't see why it is good for the public. for that matter, I don't see why the $25K 4x margin for daytrading is good for the public, but at least it was implemented up front with review from the SEC instead of being slipped in as an "Oh by the way"
