Don't you remember seeing him on TV some seven years ago, (could be more) showing us two nuclear triggering devices he had, those necessary and so hard to get (supposedly) to detonate some very pure uranium ? Uranium which, then, was said not hard to get.

IMO the UN will say "no go". And it won't even be hara kiri for them.
