You are confused. I am right in both cases (as usual ;-)

You should not compare scores. But you can compare
_relative_ scores if processors are the same
in both benchmarks.

If you try more relevant data,
anandtech.com

you would find for the ICC part:

For sm2001, P4-2000/A-1533, score ratio was 213/208 = 2.4%;
For sm2002, P4-2000/A-1533 the same ratio is 240/213 = 12.6%

Co-incidentally, you can do fractions either way,
but result is the same - BAPCO sm2002 has been altered
to change the relative performance rating.

Sounds like the proof is on the surface.
