Michael, thanks. I enjoy your insight and believe you are correct. You just say it so much better than I can.

The bottom line that many of us believe is: earnings will float this boat. And, earnings will come back.

Though I think that is several quarters off, insiders are confident enough that during August they bought about 590,000 shares while selling less than 6,000.

(I got my numbers from MS Investor site, so do not guarantee their accuracy; but it's probably in the ballpark.)

Still, I bet the trend is to purchase from the inside rather than sell, because a buck-thirty is cheap for this stock in the long run. I have invested here.

Further, Tech overall will rise faster than VTSS, but VTSS will float with the overall Tech marked to some degree.

I feel sorry for all those fund managers who had to get out at the bottom because of the S&P decision.

I heard on TV that "you make most of your money in a bear market...you just don't know it at the time."
