First Amendment and legal issues aside, there are those problematic TOUs. SI is not a government or public venue, so there is only the issue of criminal or civil actions, and not 1st amendment rights. We have all agreed to the TOUs by posting here. All your examples, while not technically illegal, constitute a breach of the written TOUs. How SI chooses to enforce these and whether they are uniformly applied is another matter. A decision to follow someone making such statements only makes the person saying these things look like a twit.
