Let's see, Anritsu says "develop the test suites" while ETSI says over 600 are being developed. All of which is said this Summer, not too long ago.

In the meantime, the CRs keep rolling in, some more important than others.

Tell me, mighty, how do you develope accurate test suites if the standards are not stable and the vendors are fighting to get every .0005% of their IP written into them?

The 5% cap on royalties sought by Nokia could be its anguished cry to all the vendors struggling to get their IP into the standards to stop the squabbling and get on with it.

I love it. Like the finger trap--the more you pull the more you get stuck.
