Doesn't victimness need to be one way?
If it does, then nobody on SI is my victim, because I have never been mean to anybody who hasn't been mean to me, and usually they've been mean to me first.
I mean, look at Poet. Before she even knew anything at all about me, before she had read a single post of mine, she banned me from LWP, solely at your request. That was a mean way for her to start our relationship.
And it was mean of you to ask her to ban me.
But I do admit that in the past I said one or two, or maybe three or four (or maybe, just maybe, even five) mean things about you.
For which, it's true, I never apologized.
But since you never apologized for the mean things you said or did to me, I guess we're even.
Unless we want to do mutual apologies.
Or maybe we should each agree to appoint each other as attorney in fact to apologize to ourselves on behalf of each other. If you will, I will. |
