Several times a year, I buy Mrs. RR a single red rose. Not for any special reason, just at random times. Been doing that since college when we didn't have any money and I could only afford a single one instead of the standard dozen. At the dorm, on like Valentine's day, the lobby would be full of dozens of roses, all colors, and there would be my single red rose all by itself, sitting there among the many bouquets. Mrs. RR never complained. Memories. RR
