A REPORT FROM A UK gaming site quotes Intel representatives talking disrespectfully about AMD – an unusual occurrence indeed. theinquirer.net

Isn't there some official Intel policy about this, "Intel does not comment on competitors" or something like that? Sort of like the old "Intel does not comment on unannounced products"? Is there some hidden corollary in the corporate training manual there like "Intel does not consider not a word", or something?
