I'm thinking of leaving the hot rod circuit and buying a Honda Civic. I like what I've been reading about the Hybrid and plan on test driving it next week.

Thought I mention that Noah has been featured in two local newspapers relative to Hooptalk and is being interviewed by a third newspaper on Tues. ESPN is next!

Have you noticed that the BTK is up about 15% over the last few weeks? As Ken stated, these have been difficult times for the market. Sept. has historically been the worst month and doesn't promise to improve this year. October has always been my worst month. What's going to happen to our economy when the housing market retreats?

Despite caution, I think the markets are slightly oversold and in line for a temporary rally before continuing to decline. I like ACO at the current price for a trade, despite the low volume on this stock.

Finally, a question for the thread? Haven't we been bombing Iraq from the air for years and isn't that considered being at war?

I'm also interested in learning why we(the US)have cornered the world's corn market, if anyone has any insight.
