That is a remarkably tendentious description of what happened. There was one long, rambling PM. Well, "rambling" in the sense that it consisted of a one page note and a series of excerpts. There were two or three short emails, only one after the threat to sue in 3D. I am so sorry, X, about those emails. I hope someday you will find it in your heart to forgive me. As I wrote to you, and have just explained to CH and the world, I was very upset and it shouldn't have taken the threat of a 3D legal action to calm me down. I was completely wrong about that, and although being "upset" is an explanation, it is in no way an excuse.
