Okay...ACTL:

I favor ACTL over XICO despite XICO's better performance in 1995.

It doesn't even seem logical that XICO's stock price is only half
of ACTL's price....so it seems.

ACTL has no problems with capacity at this point. Also, profit
margins are only eroding by 2%/quarter (6% for the year) whereas
XICO may see fierce competition and price pressure soon. ACTL
actually had an incredible 4th quarter but is saving it for this
quarter. If you read the report, ACTL reported a 43% increase in
sales from 1994 to 1995 and expects a 43% rise this year. XICO
is only expecting 20% growth -- it isn't going to increase earnings
by 700% any time soon again.

ACTL has a net loss of 7 cents right now. It will make a profit
this quarter by posting at least (pre-estimate) +.21 to +.25/share.
(28 cents to 32 cents is my estimate). That will be a 47-68%
gain over last quarter. (these estimates are undiluted).

ACTL has TXN's clients. ACTL's business has been very good; for
example, December sales were up about 28% from November. I will
be getting numbers for January soon.

I just didn't see enthusiasm for XICO (or Flash memory stocks).
XICO hit a six month low (as did many stocks) but the volume
wasn't extremely large when it rebounded to 6 3/4. Whereas
ACTL hit its six month low to $9 but the volume on its recovery
was very impressive.
