I want to hear what the President has to say about attacking Iraq. I've heard the Vice President and Alexander Haig, and their arguments make sense; however, my own sense of caution gives me pause. I have an open mind on this. IF we attack Iraq, we should give it everything we have for a quick victory. After victory, assuming that the decision is to attack, we should consider who our friends are before distributing the spoils of war.

If we decide not to attack, we should demand and receive the negotiated settlements that have been bandied about. And if we don't get them, we should reconsider.
