Leo, you have to be careful about the issue of position of GEMS in the PCS market. GEMS supplies paging equipment. 2-way paging has over the last year or two come to be marketed as "NPCS" or Narrowband PCS. This is definitely not the same as PCS. It's basically an attempt by Motorola to sell an enhanced paging solution (2 way paging, voice messaging over page etc.) as a PCS technology. It has a nicer ring to it.

GEMS is also relatively peripherally involved in the cellular and PCS business because of their MVP package, which is basically an enhancement package for services for wireless switches. It is a nice business for them but not something that at this point will move the needle too much. GEMS stock performance depends almost entirely on the paging industry and you have to separate the PCS industry from the paging industry in order to determine GEMS chances going forward.
