If they "do something with those nukes," there won't be anyplace to "file a complaint"....

And on top of that, just name the last time the UN did anything at all important.....They certainly have had ample opportunity.

If they do something wrong with those nukes, we can always bring them to Belgium, to their court, or file a complaint with the UN.
