If the initial offering was CD$300mm and CPN sold CD$215mm, they sold 72% (not 44%) of the initial offering. Am I correct? As I understand it this fund is like an investment trust, REIT or mutual fund it that the earnings are not taxed at both the corporate level and as dividends to the trust certificate owners. Am I correct?
