Don't you remember how we always heard that Stalin, Kruschev, Beria, etc were all madmen? I've had people on this thread speculate that a Russian sub commander may decide to let one fly at the US.... And I think the Muslim's use suicide because they have no other effective weapons....I don't think it's a Muslim tendency....American GI's have done the same when they thought the situation required it although it is not a strategy we generally endorse and should not endorse.
