If that post were to be annotated, you and I would annotate it very differently, and the annotations are what we're arguing about here.
For example, it is widely agreed that at some point, a difference in degree becomes a difference in kind. You haven't mentioned that, though I imagine if someone were to compare a mild pass made by a drunk at a party to a brutal rape, or taking home some paperclips from the office to Enron, you'd think it silly enough.
It would be convenient to you if the months of sexually-laden, insinuating, threatening, calculated, stalking of a PSTD sufferer by CH, including a threat to sue in 3D if he wasn't allowed to continue doing it, including ignoring her horrified husband's plea, (did I mention threatening?) resulting in her having to get professional help, and go on medication, and take care of herself and be taken care of until she recovered, for weeks, including...
