Augie, the people who write the futures are in a similar situation as the optioin writers, i believe.

The futures I mentioned were Dow futures, so you have to understand they are a bit different than the SPX.

Generally, when we enter a month below the average price of the Dow futures, we close below that level.

The average price was 8400-8500, and with the carry-over from June it was 8700-8800.

It is unknown at this time if this is enough to cause delta-hedging. It seems a bit premature at this juncture.
