Jim, Frankly I don't know his track record either, I found the article and posted it. Lately I have been feeling little (just little) bit better about MACR. I have been in contact with IR folks at MACR and looks like expense reduction is in full swing. They have eliminated a lot of jobs. New management seems to be doing better job. Also mangement seems to be excited about acceptance of products specially Director 6. We may also note that install base for Director is around 300000 to 350000. They may benefit from upgrades. (although this quarter revenue may not reflect that because of late release). I have also noticed some surge in Intranet training related applications. Some of these may help Authorware 4. Few other positive developments are widespread use of Shockwave, Flash 2 and FreeHand in Internet applications including those in Microsoft and PointCast networks (coupled with great reviews of MACR products among internet community). Lastly cyclical factors in graphical applications may also boost extra revenue. Having said all this I must admit that I remain very catious on the stock in short term. I am long on this....at $12.

regards,
av
