Actually, I was thinking of what people were saying in NON-PM. To your point directly, I don't remember. I suppose it could have happened. But more likely on X's end than mine since she has always been more active on the threads than I was and I avoided the PM side of SI. I limited my discussions to philosophy, religion, history, science and politics. Sometimes a fusion of all. There were only a handful of threads where I ever posted.

I didn't find my tone or content between the two mediums to be substantially different for me. People rarely withheld what they thought about X or me publicly, it would seem. Perhaps they never felt the need to communicate it privately either. Once in a while we'd laugh if it seemed ironic - but that was the extent of the loss. We (X and I) did do a little tag team now and again, but nothing that was too disgraceful or would seem unseemly in light of our hitherto unknown relationship.

One would be hard pressed to find more than 5 to 10 PM's initiated by me if I was to guess. I may have sent one to you, for example, but I couldn't swear who initiated it. I doubt it was me, but it could have been. If you revealed information in that, for instance, I'd hardly be ruined by such a revelation since I would have posted similar information on the short-lived Cosmic Corner.
