Jon, that's more of an explanation, so people can understand why money policy is set as it is. There has been so much foaming at the mouth by people looking for a scapegoat anywhere except in the mirror that it's wise for him to try to help people understand.

By understanding, they might not make such major blunders again, like right now on the way down.
