DMD209SV, Although one can only speculate at this time, what do you feel,
lies in the future for Work Recovery. Namely, do you think its has a chance
of survival as an independent business entity. There are only 3 things that
could happen here, 2 of which would be terrible for the PUBLIC SHAREHOLDER.

1. Company generates enough sales to survive as an independent business
2. Company becomes delinquent on loans to current creditors and they
Forclose
3. Company becomes delinquent on the Bankruptcy Debt and is pulled back into
the Bankruptcy Court ( Chapter 7 - Liquidation would be the more probable
filing this time)

*** Do we have any mathematical wizards out there who could assign a
probability to each of the potential outcomes. Maybe someone with a
Statistical / Mathematical Modeling background.

Their is another option. someone may want the technology badly enough to buy
the company. What do you think it might be worth?

Okay, this is the latest from rumor control. The company is not expected to
last more than 30 or 60 days; the buildings the corporate offices are in are
supposedly up for sale in order to pay off the gigantic debt. It is also
speculated that the technology has been sold to Allsup (sp?) because they
have loaned Work excessive money. This is just what I've heard through the
grapevine, and is not gospel. At this point, it looks as though Work will be
closing it's doors in the next couple of months, especially if it's true the
techonology has been sold. I'd say the future is kaput for this
company
