If a double dip is already priced in, how is it that most chip stocks are making new lows?? We have just had a feeble summer rally during which most chip stocks rallied on, not fundamentals, but hope. Stay tuned because by October this sector could be a lot lower. There is no recovery in sight. We were hearing a few months ago that Intel was a bargain at 30 and now it has been cut in half from that bargain price.
