Tom, as you know I went out on the limb some time ago and predicted a market top
of 8000+ on July 15. The jury is still out but that prediction is beginning to look
plausible. Now is where I am going to make a complete idiot of myself with the
following prediction, this one can be measured accurately Monday afternoon.

Prediction: Monday, July 21, 1997 will join the ranks of "Black Mondays" as defined
by the Dow being down at least 300 points sometime during the day.

If I am wrong you can all laugh and hoot at me Monday.
