Ted read carefully. I said only really bad. The number of days when the air quality was in the red zone was in the single digits.

Tim, yes, I understood what you said. Unhealthy days are considered "really bad". There were 50-70 unhealthy days in your area. DC has "really bad" air pollution problems.
