Secondly, do you know which people make up the sensitive groups? Its not just people with asthma, chronic bronchitis and emphysema. Its also children under 14 and the elderly. I assume you consider these people important and for them, orange days are "really bad" air days. The reason why they are considered sensitive is that they can be effected by a lesser amount of pollution even when it isn't a really bad day. Once again, DC has a serious air pollution problem as do many large cities in this country. I would agree if you drop the word serious or at least add moderately in front of it. Tim
