Stockman, Iraq seems to be creaming Uncle Sam

in the diplomatic field. Washington seems totally
paralized. Powell is about the only guy around able
to command respect and credibility but he's totally
hamstrung by W's bankrupt policy.
These are mighty powerful Generals opposing W's
harebrain schemes. It's difficult to go over their heads
especially given such remarkably weak administration
as the present one.
