I just think Wall Street will take care of Amzn's little $2 bil debt load problem, well before Amzn has to pay the piper. Yes, i think this is highly likely. Janus for one will be happy to tender their debt over to Jeffie in exchange for preferred stock, a PTBNL and other valuable considerations...
