called for continuation of detention hearing that began on
6/3/02 before this Court. Parties report to court that they
have reached an agreement on conditions of release. Deft
released on following bond: $500,000 secured by 4 pieces of
property. List of properties attached to bond. Deft is
under house arrest. Deft may leave home only for medical
emergency.
Deft will reside in Norwood, Colorado. Deft is
to have no contact of any kind with any of the co-defts and
potential witnesses. Deft to have no use of internet,
e-mail and cell phones.
